All orders are made to order. Because each item is custom-made, please allow 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be prepared after it is confirmed. You will receive a separate confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. The final shipping cost, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. They are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the package reaches your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
